The Schlossgut Oberambach is one of the best conference hotels in Germany and is managed in a holistically ecological way. Since 2019, our stately country estate above Lake Starnberg has even been climate-neutral. In the midst of meadows and forests, we offer you the ideal setting to unfold creatively and productively. The special atmosphere and the holistic biological concept of our conference hotel make your seminars, company celebrations and conferences a special experience. The meeting is "green" in two senses: as an ecologically managed building, each of the six seminar and conference rooms has its own spot in the extensive castle garden, which means that guests can hold meetings surrounded by ancient trees when the weather is fine and depending on the technical requirements and seating. To ensure that they are undisturbed, they are given a separate area. With the Green Meetings, the castle estate offers creative freedom for concentrated work and turns every event into an unforgettable experience.
Supporting programmes during breaks and after the meeting ensure concentrated work and promote team building. These offers are available for selection:
Wine tasting: Our cellar master presents you the most beautiful wines of our region.
Singing bowl meditation: A benefit for the whole body. In a short time you feel relaxed and let the day end freshly. But it is also suitable for the meeting break, because the recovery factor is very high.
Office Yoga: We show you how easy it is to really relax in daily office stress.
Herbal hike: Get to know the local herbs that grow directly in front of our - and of course your - front door and learn how they can be used in the kitchen and for the good of your health. Our trained alternative practitioner will guide you through the meadows and forests around the castle estate and will be happy to answer your questions. Mindfulness exercises round off the offer.
SUP-Driving on Lake Starnberg: Our partner "Fischermichl" brings SUP boards to our hotel's own lake access. And off we go in the direction of sunset.
