Over 150 years ago, Sebastian Kneipp recognized that body, mind and soul form a unity and must be in balance for people to feel good.
Kneipp's holistic way of thinking enabled him to develop his knowledge into a systematic teaching, enabling the naturopath and priest to create a visionary philosophy that sees people and nature as a balanced unit.
This "Kneipp philosophy of life" is conscientiously continued in the KurOase in the monastery and consists of the 5 pillars:

Once an important place of activity of the "water doctor" Sebastian Kneipp, the convent of the Dominican nuns is today an indispensable part of the KurOase im Kloster. The historically important convent with the stylish cloister, the extensive convent garden and the baroque church.
The guests of the KurOase im Kloster have exclusive access to this part of the convent, which is not open to the public. During your conference in the KurOase im Kloster you also have the opportunity to take part in the spiritual program of the convent sisters, to end the evening in the historic sisters' choir with an impulse or in our modern convent tavern with delicious drinks or a tea seminar.
We will be happy to create an individual supporting program to suit your seminar, which takes up the sustainable teachings of Sebastian Kneipp.
