Our multifunctional conference room with own terrace can accommodate up to 15 people and features modern technical equipment, a lounge and a bar for food and drinks. Ideal for meetings, creative workshops and seminars.
Description
Our bright conference room is ideal for traditional meetings, creative workshops or seminars of all kinds. Choose a traditional seating arrangement, hold your conference in comfortable armchairs or create a relaxed atmosphere with beanbags and sitting balls. We offer everything you need for creative work: flipcharts, whiteboards, felt pinboards, projectors, screens, presentation kits and writing materials. There is also a Fonetta Bluetooth record player on which you can play your music. The break bar is stocked with tea, coffee, nuts and dried fruit. Drinks are available in the fridge. During coffee breaks, we serve light snacks such as couscous, grilled vegetables or homemade spreads, sheet cakes from our patisserie and apple strudel. At lunchtime, we provide you with a 2-course meal. Of course, you have the option of staying overnight at the hotel and using the wellness area and restaurant.
Special features & further information
Our conference hotel is idyllically located on Lake Waging, which is ideal for walking, swimming and water sports. Waging is approximately 100 km from Munich and approximately 25 km from Salzburg.
We offer a 5% early bird discount on package bookings made at least 3 months in advance.
We offer four different conference packages. All packages include homemade muesli bars, a 2-course lunch menu, conference room rental, technology, notepads, pens, WiFi and our warm service.
For conferences lasting several days, we offer our single rooms at an attractive corporate rate starting at £115 per night.
We also offer team-building events: cooking courses, herb walks, forest tours with the local forester, mountain bike tours, brewery tours, torchlight walks, get-togethers around the fire pit in the courtyard, etc.
